WW2 Jeep photos.

I took a photo of the snorkel hole- used when jeeps were off loaded onto a beach and traveled underwater....




I then moved around towards the front


and put the roof on and....

had a beer.

    But you're kidding about the snorkel hole? Jeeps aren't amphibious, are they? Doesn't the water get up the exhaust pipe?

  4. I am driving it now!!... yes- with a snorkel and some waterproofing, you could drive them underwater for 45 seconds.. perfect for beach landings for real!
